Degarmo Technologies LLC (“Degarmo Technologies,” “DT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (degarmo.tech and related subdomains, the “Site”), how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.

It does not govern the collection, use, or protection of data belonging to our managed-service clients (“Client Data”) — that is addressed separately in the Master Services Agreement, Business Associate Agreement, or other signed contract between Degarmo Technologies and the client, as applicable.

  • Respond to inquiries, quote requests, and assessment requests;

  • Send requested information, proposals, or, where you have opted in, marketing communications;

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, tax, accounting, or regulatory recordkeeping requirements applicable to a cybersecurity/compliance business).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in those emails.

Our Site and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
